Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, here are the policies for returns and refunds:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or product if available.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is not available, a refund can be issued instead.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@galnix.store with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
