Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is not available, a refund can be issued instead.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@galnix.store with photos of the item and packaging.
